A Perspective on Learning Theory
Abstract: Learning theory has its origins in neural networks, computer science, statistics, and engineering, and has been given some unification by mathematics. We will give an exposition of some of this mathematical side of learning theory. In particular, we will gives an introduction to the least squares regularization algorithm, and estimates for its efficiency.

Пойду послушаю, чего лауреат скажет. Тем более, я сейчас как раз работаю над одной задачей в этом направлении, только там ещё дифференциальная геометрия (гладкие многообразия, разбиения единицы и прочие хорошие вещи) и теория информации в придачу.

Всё-таки, каждый раз, когда я слушаю песню "All the Stars Are Dead Now" Current 93, меня дико вставляет от фона многочисленных голосов, интонирующих "Jesus kills Hitler". Феерическое!
