Дочитал "Ангела западного окна" Майринка. Прав был Борхес -- теософская графомания. "А. з. о." настолько плох, насколько хорош "Голем". Особенно разочаровал образ Джона Ди у М., настолько разителен контраст с описанием, данным Фрэнсис Йейтс в книге The Occult Philosophy in the Elizabethan Age.
