I remember this building being built when me and Asya lived in Boston, and wondering what was up with these weird shapes. Now we know - it's meant as a portal for Cthulhu to enter this world.

I actually worked in the "beloved Building 20". It was quite fuggin scary, because it was all gonna fall down any minute. I hope this bastard gets vertigos every day he comes to work - actually, judging by what he writes, he does. :)

yeah, well, they cite actual structural and safety problems, but notestaff always said it was impossible to work in --
huge open spaces, причем открытые не только горизонтально, но и вертикально -- ты постоянно у кого-то на виду, как в зоопарке.

Помню был когда-то в Атланте, там водят с экскурсиями по зданию CNN. Странное ощущение, когда все эти люди плавают перед тобой в стеклянных аквариумах, сидят, чешутся, действительно как звери в зверинце.
Бесчеловечно. Для нормальной работы нужна путь небольшая, но отгороженная конура. В открытом зале годятся хоть заросли растений в горшках перед столами по углам - только не сидение на пеньках в центре.

In 2007, MIT sued architect Frank Gehry and the construction company, Skanska USA Building Inc., for "providing deficient design services and drawings" which caused leaks to spring, masonry to crack, mold to grow, and drainage to back up.[6] A Skanska spokesperson said that prior to construction Gehry ignored warnings from Skanska and a consulting company regarding flaws in his design of the amphitheater, and rejected a formal request from Skanska to modify the design.[6] Former Boston University president John Silber had previously said of the building, "It really is a disaster."[7]
